Fate Cards is operated by PullThis. By using Fate Cards you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

For entertainment only

Fate Cards provides tarot readings generated by artificial intelligence, for entertainment purposes only. Readings are reflective prompts, not predictions, and they are not a substitute for professional advice.

Nothing in a reading is medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Do not rely on a reading to make decisions about your health, your money, your legal position, or your safety. If you are dealing with something serious, speak to a qualified professional.

Readings are produced by a language model. They may be inaccurate, and they do not reflect the views of PullThis.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. Do not use Fate Cards if you are under 18, and do not let someone under 18 use your account.

Your account

You sign in with an email address or a Google account. You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.

We may suspend or close an account that is being used to abuse the service, to attack it, or to break these terms.

Coins

Coins are a prepaid digital credit used inside Fate Cards. One coin turns one card. Coins have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred between accounts.

• Coins do not expire. Bought or given, they stay in your balance until you spend them.
• A coin is spent the moment a card is turned. That is when the reading is produced.

Prices are shown before you buy. We may change prices for future purchases; coins already in your balance are unaffected.

Refunds

Coins are delivered immediately and consumed immediately, so spent coins are not refundable.

Unspent coins can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Email hello@pullth.is from the address on your account. We refund to the original payment method and remove the coins from your balance.

If a reading fails to appear after a coin is spent, that is our problem, not yours: the app retries at no cost, and if it still fails we will restore the coin. Just tell us.

These terms do not remove any statutory rights you have where you live.

What you may not do

• Use the service to harass, threaten, or harm anyone.
• Attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Automate access, scrape it, or resell readings.
• Present readings as professional advice, or as coming from a licensed practitioner.

Your content

You keep ownership of the questions you write. You give PullThis permission to process them in order to produce a reading and to operate and improve the service.

Readings are generated for you and you may use them as you like. Because they are produced by a model, we cannot promise a reading is unique to you.

Availability

Fate Cards is provided as-is. We do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will refund unspent purchased coins.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, PullThis is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Fate Cards, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will say so in the app. Continuing to use Fate Cards after a change means you accept it.
